Craig A. Fahey, Esq.
Mr. Fahey is licensed to practice law in Arizona, California, and Nevada. After earning his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Fahey earned his juris doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Mr. Fahey was a summer extern for the Honorable Edward J. Garcia, U.S. District Judge of the Eastern District of California. Mr. Fahey has represented individuals in Arizona, California, and Nevada in connection with their claims for Social Security disability benefits. Mr. Fahey has participated in approximately 1000 Social Security disability hearings.
Hon. E. Milton Frosburg (ret.)
Judge Frosbury was formerly the chief judge of the San Diego Social Security Disability Hearing Office (previously know as the Office of Hearings and Appeals). Judge Frosburg retired from the bench in 1994 and went into private practice, exclusively representing individuals applying for Social Security disability benefits. Having his name behind your claim gives you a significant edge in your hearing.
Martha Liz Guevara
Martha Guevara is bilingual and has been working with Judge Frosburg and Mr. Fahey since 1996. She is the senior legal assistant in the firm. Ms. Guevara has extensive experience in completing the Social Security disability forms, coordinating the timely progression of the disability claims, and procuring the necessary medical evidence needed in each client’s claim.
